Engineering Supplier Transfer / NPI Specialist / Compliance Engineer

We’re looking for someone who understands how to safely transfer products into production — working at the intersection of engineering, suppliers, and quality.

If you’ve been involved in NPI, supplier industrialisation, or production transfer, this is where you’ll thrive.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading work transfer activities between suppliers and manufacturing sites
• Supporting NPI / NPD introduction into production environments
• Managing APQP / PPAP processes to ensure supplier readiness
• Working closely with engineering teams on drawings, specifications, and validation
• Driving supplier readiness through risk reviews, compliance checks, and governance
• Ensuring continuity of supply during complex product transfers

Experience you can show

• Experience in NPI / NPD, supplier development, or manufacturing engineering
• Exposure to APQP, PPAP, or similar structured quality processes
• Background in aerospace, automotive, defence, or regulated manufacturing
• Strong ability to work across engineering, quality, and supply chain
• Experience managing supplier onboarding, transfers, or industrialisation

Experience in aerospace, defence, engineering manufacturing, or regulated environments would be beneficial.
