Electrical Engineer – Social Housing (London - Roles in various areas)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team delivering essential electrical services within social housing properties across London . Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance, and testing within social housing properties.
- Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding, and electrical upgrades.
- Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 and relevant electrical safety standards.
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Follow safe working practices across all aspects of the job.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (essential)
- AM2 qualification (desirable)
- Experience in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards
Desirable Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent
- Additional electrical certifications or specialist training courses
