Commercial Property Solicitor
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion
- Provide expert legal advice on property development, investment, and portfolio management
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial leases, licenses, and other property-related agreements
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in handling a wide range of commercial property transactions
- Proven track record of successfully advising clients on property investment and development projects
- Excellent knowledge of property law and the ability to work proactively and independently
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal matters effectively
- Qualified solicitor with over 4 years of post-qualification experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- LLB (Hons) or equivalent, and completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC)
- Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales
- Additional accreditations or qualifications related to commercial property law are a plus
