Actuarial Analyst - Pricing (High Net Worth)
Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.
Location: Flexible! Our team is London-based, so you’ll join us in the London office at least once per week.

As a Pricing Analyst in our High-Net-Worth team, you’ll:
- Enhance and maintain our pricing models
- Work closely with portfolio management
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through performance dashboards

What will you be doing?
- Portfolio monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards, forecast performance, and spot key trends
- Pricing analysis: Use varied datasets to produce high-quality pricing insights for our stakeholders
- Process improvement: Innovate and refine systems and processes to drive efficiency
- Collaborating: Build strong relationships across claims, reserving, underwriting, and finance
- Technical skills: Opportunity to work with SQL, R, Power BI, and Snowflake
- Professionalism: Apply strong actuarial knowledge and standards
- Culture: Contribute to a friendly, supportive, and positive team environment
What are we looking for?
Required:
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Great time management
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
Preferable:
- Experience in an actuarial role (ideally General Insurance)
- Progress towards actuarial qualifications
- Experience with high-net-worth business
- Working knowledge of MS Office, SQL, R, Power BI, Snowflake
- Knowledge of PL insurance products
