Actuarial Analyst - Pricing (High Net Worth)

Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis. 

Location: Flexible! Our team is London-based, so you’ll join us in the London office at least once per week.

As a Pricing Analyst in our High-Net-Worth team, you’ll:

• Enhance and maintain our pricing models
• Work closely with portfolio management
• Deliver clear, actionable insights through performance dashboards

What will you be doing?

• Portfolio monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards, forecast performance, and spot key trends
• Pricing analysis: Use varied datasets to produce high-quality pricing insights for our stakeholders
• Process improvement: Innovate and refine systems and processes to drive efficiency
• Collaborating: Build strong relationships across claims, reserving, underwriting, and finance
• Technical skills: Opportunity to work with SQL, R, Power BI, and Snowflake
• Professionalism: Apply strong actuarial knowledge and standards
• Culture: Contribute to a friendly, supportive, and positive team environment

What are we looking for?

Required:

• Highly numerate and analytical
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Great time management
• Self-motivated and eager to learn

Preferable:

• Experience in an actuarial role (ideally General Insurance)
• Progress towards actuarial qualifications
• Experience with high-net-worth business
• Working knowledge of MS Office, SQL, R, Power BI, Snowflake
• Knowledge of PL insurance products
