What You'll Be Doing

As a member of our retail team, you'll help create an outstanding experience for every guest by:

• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
• Operating tills and processing cash and card payments
• Managing customer queues and maintaining efficient service
• Restocking kiosks and retail areas
• Promoting and upselling products where appropriate
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and presentation-ready

What We're Looking For

We're seeking energetic and reliable individuals who thrive in busy environments and enjoy working as part of a team.

Essential Requirements

• Aged 18 or over
• Confident interacting with customers and members of the public
• Able to remain calm and professional during busy periods, particularly on matchdays and event days
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Proactive and willing to support the wider team when needed
• Comfortable standing and walking for the majority of your shift
• Able to work in an environment where alcohol is served and sold

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
