Are you an experienced Estate Agent looking for the next step in your career?

Bairstow Eves in Battersea is looking for a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful residential sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys winning business, delivering exceptional customer service and is keen to develop towards a future management position.

Working within a well-established and successful branch, you'll play a key role in generating valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion. You'll also work closely with our Mortgage Services team to maximise opportunities and provide a first-class customer experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Generating and booking market appraisals
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Identifying opportunities for Mortgage Services referrals
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience within residential estate agency
• A strong track record in sales and customer service
• Confidence in winning instructions and negotiating sales
• Ambition to progress your career within a leading property business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence
