Insolvency Lawyer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Associate to join a well-established London law firm with a growing specialist insolvency practice.

The team is looking for a Lawyer at around 2-5 years' PQE and who is keen to develop a long-term specialism in this area.

This role involves a broad mix of corporate and personal insolvency, combining contentious and advisory/restructuring work. You will be acting for insolvency practitioners, directors, creditors, litigation funders, and other stakeholders. This is a genuinely client-facing role within a close-knit specialist team, with significant responsibility from an early stage. You will also have active involvement in the team's business development and market-facing activities.

We are seeking Lawyers with between two and five years' PQE. You must have good experience of either contentious and non-contentious insolvency/restructuring matters and be open to a broad insolvency role.
