Learning Support Assistant - South East London
Location: South East London
Pay: 100- 117 per day
Contract: Full-time
Start: Immediate
Remedy Education are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in South East London , starting immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LSA, Teaching Assistant or someone with a strong background supporting children and young people.
The Role:
Support pupils with their learning and development
Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required
Assist teachers with classroom activities
Help pupils stay engaged and focused
Support positive behaviour and inclusion
Build positive relationships with pupils
Provide additional support to pupils who may require extra help
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience working with children or young people
School or education experience is desirable
Confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Patient, reliable and enthusiastic
Passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential
