Senior Broker - US Property, London, Hybrid Working
We're Hiring, Are you ready for a new challenge?
Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Broker to join our US Property team within our Global Broking Centre.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd’s and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis.
This is a Hybrid role which will involve part office/home-based working.

What the day will look like
- Review Submission
- Lead quote broking / Follow market broking within Lloyd’s and European property market
- Present terms to client / network
- Firm Order broking (PPL / wet stamps / email)
- Review draft / final MRC’s for binding
- Send Cover confirmation to client/network
- Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
- Host client meetings
- Travel within the network when clients require it, including the Aon Property Symposium

The US Property broking team comprises of 25 Brokers with their own expertise and various levels of experience. The team serves a portfolio of impressive, globally well known clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced working environment, with access to Lloyds, the London market, European markets and other Aon facilities to deliver the US Property requirements of Aon’s clients.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Proven experience within the insurance industry at either a Broker or Insurer, with established relationships
- Technical Insurance knowledge across US Property markets
- Ability to use insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service
- Experience of managing effective client relationships and a book of business
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
