Night Demi Chef de Partie

The Chancery Rosewood opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie Night Shift to join our opening culinary team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in the kitchen who is ready to take the next step in a refined, high-standard environment. You'll be trusted to work independently overnight, supporting both in-room dining and early breakfast preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, production and presentation of dishes during the night shift
• Assist with mise en place for breakfast and day-part service
• Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs proactively
• Work collaboratively with the night kitchen and In Room Dining teams to ensure smooth service

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in a commis or demi chef role, ideally within luxury hospitality
• Confidence in working independently with a high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of food safety practices and allergen awareness
• A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to night work
• Passion for hospitality and personal growth within a high-performance kitchen
