Need help cleaning my computer and removing junk files
I'm looking for a technician to clean up my computer, remove unnecessary files, and optimize performance. The device is a Windows PC (about 4-5 years old) with a slow startup and occasional freezes. I’d like a thorough cleanup: temporary files, browser caches, outdated software, and malware scans if needed. Please also check for startup programs you can disable to speed things up. I prefer a calm, careful approach and will provide remote or on-site assistance depending on your availability. If you can update me on steps I can take to maintain performance between visits, that would be great.
