Do I need to be a golfer? … Not at all. We primarily operate as a travel company, with golf being just one aspect of our offerings. If you’re eager to learn, we’d be thrilled to equip you with all the knowledge you need about our product; however, we can’t promise you’ll become the next Tiger Woods. What we truly seek is a genuine passion for travel and an eagerness to learn.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our brand and partner marketing campaigns.
This role is central to how our marketing team operates: coordinating activity, managing workflows, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business, helping bring campaigns to life while improving how we plan, prioritise and execute.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Campaign Coordination & Delivery
Working closely with Senior Marketing Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of marketing activities across digital (email, social, website) and offline channels.
Coordinate with channel owners to ensure they have the clear messaging and assets needed to execute their work.
Assist in building and maintaining 12-month marketing timelines and campaign calendars.
Support the execution of sales collateral and promotional items for key campaign periods.
2. Workflow & Creative Briefing
Act as a central point for incoming ad-hoc marketing requests, helping to triage and organise tasks for the wider team.
Draft clear, detailed briefs for the in-house design team and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Lead in the production of annual brochures, including basic copywriting and project management.
3. Partner & Project Support
Support the delivery of key partner commitments (e.g. England Golf) and supplier marketing activities, from proposal creation to reporting.
Help execute ad-hoc projects such as The Masters promotions, prize draws, and content production.
4. Reporting & Insights
Support regular campaign reporting for brand and partner campaigns, gathering data and tracking performance.
Share key learnings with the team to help improve future campaigns.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential
Experience in a marketing role, preferably in travel or sports
Strong organisational skills and project management
Proven success in working across a variety of offline and digital channels, coordinating multi-channel campaigns
Ability to write clear briefs and coordinate delivery
Experience working with creative/design teams
Desirable
Familiarity with marketing and analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Studio)
Good understanding of campaign performance metrics
An interest in golf, travel or both
Willing to travel occasionally for familiarisation trips and events
Personal Attributes
Highly organised and proactive
Positive, can-do attitude
Keen to learn and develop
