Customer Service Advisor
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, coordinating service requests via phone and email.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage engineers workloads, ensuring appointments are planned efficiently and meet customer expectations.
- Liaise closely with engineers to confirm availability, job details, and completion updates.
- Manage service‑related enquiries, providing timely updates to customers and resolving issues where possible.
- Maintain accurate service records, job notes, and engineer schedules within internal systems.
- Coordinate parts, materials, and documentation required for service visits where necessary.
- Escalate urgent or complex issues appropriately to ensure minimal service disruption.
- Ensure all service activity is carried out in line with company procedures, service standards, and confidentiality requirements.
- Support general service administration tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
