Executive Assistant (EA) to CTO
LEGO Digital Play (LDP) will bring the LEGO brand into digital entertainment in new, innovative, and wholly-owned ways. Our mission is to ensure the LEGO Brand remains as powerfully a part of children’s lives in the next 20 years as it has been for the past 60.
We are in the earliest stages of building this new company, offering a unique opportunity to help shape a fast-moving, high-impact organisation backed by one of the world’s most trusted brands.
This is a hands-on, start-up environment , where pace, ownership, and adaptability are critical.

Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and briefing materials
Track follow-ups and ensure actions are progressed
Project & Operational Support
Support planning and execution of key initiatives (e.g. industry events, leadership offsites, cross-functional projects)
Lead logistics, stakeholder coordination, and communication for executive priorities
Help create structure in ambiguous situations and ensure progress is maintained
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships across LDP, the LEGO Group, and external partners
Act as a central point of coordination across teams and functions

Confidence to challenge, push back, and influence senior stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving, and less structured environments
High level of discretion and professionalism
Ability to be in LDP London office 2-3 days a week
