Product Manager (Fiat / Crypto Generalist)
About the Client
Our client is a global fintech infrastructure provider enabling regulated financial institutions to access international banking and payment rails. They operate at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. With regulatory licenses covering both fiat and crypto services, the company is building solutions that connect banking infrastructure with emerging blockchain-based payment methods such as stablecoins.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in payments and banking infrastructure to lead the development of new payment capabilities within the platform. This role combines product ownership and cross-functional project coordination, focusing on launching and scaling new payment solutions across both fiat rails and crypto-based payment flows using stablecoins. You will work closely with engineering, banking partners, and internal teams to turn payment infrastructure into scalable products used by fintech companies and regulated financial institutions. The role involves active communication with international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and launch of new payment products.
Drive the expansion of crypto payment capabilities, including the use of stablecoins as a payment method.
Define product requirements, features, and product roadmap, translating business needs into clear specifications for engineering teams.
Coordinate integrations with banking partners, payment providers, and infrastructure platforms.
Oversee the delivery lifecycle of new payment features, including development, testing, and launch.
Enable internal teams by preparing product documentation, training materials, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in fintech, payments, or banking infrastructure.
Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and banking integrations.
Experience working with engineering teams.
Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements.
Interest in or exposure to crypto payments, digital assets, or stablecoin flows.
