DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Early Years Education Worker (SC3) to join our vibrant team in fostering the development of young children in a supportive and engaging educational environment. As a Qualified Early Years Education Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring they thrive in their early years. Your responsibilities will include implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, promoting children's learning through play, and creating a nurturing atmosphere that encourages exploration and discovery. You will work closely with parents and families, maintaining strong partnerships to support children's development and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development, a strong commitment to inclusive practice, and the ability to create stimulating activities tailored to individual needs. With an emphasis on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, you will ensure a safe environment where children feel secure and valued. Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effectively to promote children's learning and development.
Plan and deliver engaging activities that stimulate children's curiosity and encourage exploration.
Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress to inform planning and support individual learning needs.
Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes children's emotional, social, and physical well-being.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support children's development.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and share these with parents to foster strong partnerships.
Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for children.
Requirements
Qualified in Early Years Education with relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 or equivalent.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and its implementation.
Experience working in early years settings, with a clear understanding of child development principles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to create and implement inclusive activities that cater to diverse learning needs.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, with a clear understanding of relevant legislation and guidelines.
Flexibility, creativity, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration. Hours Per Week: 36.00

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.64
