Your Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant | Camden
As part of the support team, you’ll work alongside skilled teachers across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping pupils thrive in class. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting whole-class learning and maintaining engagement
- Delivering focused 1:1 and small-group interventions to accelerate progress
- Assisting with lesson planning and classroom organisation
- Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in pupils
- Providing tailored support for children with additional needs (SEN, EAL, social/behavioural)

Ideal Candidate – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
- Holds a 2:1 degree or higher (Education, Psychology, English or related subjects desirable)
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
- Patient, adaptable, and an excellent communicator
- Prior experience with children (tutoring, coaching, mentoring, volunteering) is beneficial but not essential
