Media Specialist, Healthcare - Boots UK

• Working closely with the media agency and internal teams to manage the delivery and optimisation of a campaign
• Working with the Performance marketing team and the Media Manager to measure and report on campaign & channel performance; ensuring KPIs are in place for all activities.
• Working closely with the creative and content teams to ensure media assets are optimized across channels; collaborating with media owners to support with this
• Staying on top of budgets and ensuring we are deploying budgets in the most effective way possible
• Preparing presentations to help update key stakeholders of campaign activity, pre, during
• and post Your experience: • Demonstrable expertise in paid media platforms, ideally including ATL channels such as TV, Radio and OOH
• Experience in paid media planning or buying, client or agency side, working on retail and/or consumer businesses.
• Experience of working closely with media agencies
• Experience of working in close collaboration with creative and content teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, robust interaction with internal stakeholders and other members of the team.
• Ability to work at pace and deliver agility in response to business needs
• Works well with others and actively contributes towards team objectives
• Working under pressure, flexible, positive and focused during times of change It would be great if you also have: • Agency background, experience in both planning and buying is desirable
• An understanding of performance marketing but a love for brand & innovation!
• Ability to analyse insights from data sources to feed into and shape media strategy
• Being curious, pressure testing the work and campaign results, and enjoys process
