Property Manager - Market Rent
We have an opportunity for a Property Manager - Market Rent to join us at SNG.
You'll be based in our London office with a mix of working from home, office and travelling to our properties.
This is a full time permanent role with a starting salary of £36,000 - £45,000 depending on your experience.
Your role
As a Market Rent Property Manager you'll be delivering a high quality property management service to our market rent customers. Ensuring that our properties are efficiently let, managed and maintained, maximising rental income and minimising void periods and making sure we have a high level of customer satisfaction.
You'll be involved in all pre-tenancy and post-tenancy activities including carrying out viewings, tenant vetting, routine property inspections, overseeing void properties and arranging statutory inspections and compliance checks.
You will be working collaboratively with colleagues across SNG and developing positive relationships with our customers, contractors and internal and external stakeholders.
About you:
You will need outstanding customer service skills and experience in delivering customer services to a diverse range of customers with a broad level of service. You'll also need the ability to manage not only the positive moments but the challenging situations that come with the role including resolving disputes and conflict.
You'll also need
- Strong diary organisation and time management skills
- Experience of using different computer systems
- An understanding of internal and external stakeholder partnership working
- Knowledge of private, keyworker, leasing or social housing secror housing management
- An understanding of contracts, how terms are applied and implemented and how breaches are dealt with appropriately
A background in lettings or housing is desirable but not essential.
As you will be visiting our properties you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
