We're seeking driven and strategic professionals to lead the commercial and contract management of a diverse portfolio of building, civil engineering, maintenance, and renewal projects, as well as critical infrastructure support contracts, throughout Scotland's Railway.About the role (External)The Role
- Lead commercial management across high-volume, fast-moving portfolios.
- Develop commercial strategies and support pre-contract activities to ensure projects are set up for success from day one.
- Collaborate with internal teams, understand stakeholder needs, and build strong supplier relationships.
- Navigate multiple projects at various stages, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum.
- Oversee contractor performance under framework agreements, leading contract negotiations and risk/value assessments.
- Guide and develop a high-performing commercial team in a relentless drive for efficiency. A self-motivated leader who thrives under pressure.
