Reeson Education is looking for a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across Waltham Forest from September 2025 . This is an ideal role for a graduate looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before moving into teacher training, educational psychology, or SEN specialisms.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant , you'll be working closely with class teachers and SENCOs, supporting children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You'll provide both 1:1 and group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Details:

• Daily pay: £82.14 - £100 depending on experience

• Full-time, term-time only role starting September 2025

• Work in schools across Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford

• Support learning and behaviour both inside and outside the classroom

Ideal Candidate:

• A graduate with a degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related field

• Previous experience with children or young people (paid or voluntary)

• A Graduate Teaching Assistant who is proactive, patient, and eager to learn

• Someone passionate about making a positive difference in education
