Finance Operations Manager
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management , and General Ledger (GL) functions.
- Manage a team of finance professionals, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and ensuring high performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Monitor and improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, HR, and IT to support business operations and projects.
- Drive standardization and automation initiatives to improve finance service delivery.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and process integrity.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and financial systems upgrades or implementations.
