Senior Project Manager
Working in the Association team you will be working on some great worldwide projects including an annual congress with exhibition and smaller residential events and meetings.Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have full line management responsibility for a junior member of the team. In this role, you will ensure the events are delivered to the highest standard, be the main client contact throughout to overseeing the events onsite.Some of the skills required include:
☑️ Budget management
☑️ Supplier sourcing, negotiation and management
☑️ Speaker management
☑️ A good understanding of technical production, registration systems and event marketing
☑️ Experience of managing detailed association events (in person/ virtual and hybrid)The salary on offer is £40-45,000 DOE and you will be required to work in the office 2 days per week and work from home 3 days per week as well as travelling to events as and when required.Our client is looking for someone with either an agency or association background and looking for someone to be in place by mid-March.For further details, please get in touch!
