As Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping an environment where every detail, every touchpoint, and every moment reflects the essence of Jaguar.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This role is all about flawless execution. You will bring operational precision, exceptional standards, and a true understanding of luxury environments. As the driving force behind day to day operations, you ensure our Brand Store runs seamlessly - from facilities and hospitality, to safety, compliance and the overall quality of the experience.
Working closely with the Retail Sales Manager, you’ll align operational excellence with commercial performance, creating a setting where clients and colleagues feel supported, welcomed and inspired.
- Leading the end to end operational delivery of the Jaguar Brand Store, ensuring every aspect meets modern luxury standards
- Managing third party partners across Facilities Management and Food & Beverage, monitoring KPIs and contractual compliance
- Overseeing health, safety and regulatory compliance, including audits, risk assessments, and maintenance of all operational records
- Managing store procurement, inventory and sustainability initiatives, helping drive efficiency and environmental responsibility
- Ensuring seamless guest flow management, including queue control and store capacity monitoring
- Supporting colleague training, maintaining accurate compliance records and contributing to a motivated, high performing team culture
- Partnering with Retail Sales Managers and wider teams to create a cohesive and elevated client experience
- Supporting premium in store events, ensuring exceptional hospitality standards are consistently delivered
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
This role requires an exceptional operator - someone who understands luxury environments, thrives under pressure and brings discipline, warmth and precision to every aspect of the store.
You’ll be people centred, solutions focused and deeply committed to maintaining a safe, refined and beautifully executed retail environment. With natural leadership presence, you build trust with partners, colleagues and clients through professionalism, attention to detail and operational mastery.
- Strong experience within luxury retail operations or high end hospitality, ideally at management level
- Proven ability to manage third party service providers and monitor operational KPIs
- A deep understanding of luxury guest experience and the operational standards required to deliver it
- Experience managing high traffic environments and ensuring seamless client flow
- Confidence overseeing health and safety compliance, audits and risk management processes
- Experience supporting premium events and hospitality execution
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
