Project Manager
- Deliver commercial fit out projects ranging from £300k to £4m
- Manage two projects concurrently, ensuring both run smoothly and efficiently
- Develop, manage, and track project programmes
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
- Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and supply chain partners
- Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Manage project financials including valuations, variations, cost control, and forecasting
- Work closely with senior leadership and the wider delivery team to ensure successful outcomes
- Drive a proactive, solutions-focused approach across all stages of the project lifecycle
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
- Comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of programming, sequencing, and site delivery
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Solid commercial awareness and experience managing project financials
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid beneficial
