About the Department: HR Operations & Systems focuses on streamlining core HR processes through efficient workflows and technology. This area supports key functions like employee data management, compliance, and system integration, enabling HR to operate smoothly and strategically.
Role Purpose:
The HR Administrator will provide essential operational and systems support to the HR function. This role ensures accurate and efficient management of employee data, HR processes, and technology platforms, while supporting the delivery of reports and insights to enable effective HR and business decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
About the Role:
- Maintain and update employee data across all HR systems accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide day-to-day operational HR administration support, such as data entry, onboarding updates, and general HR queries
- Maintain and update organisational charts to reflect current structures
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR platforms and processes
- Support the HR Systems team with system maintenance, data uploads, and user testing as required
- Generate standard HR reports and assist in developing new reports to meet business needs
- Assist with data audits, data cleansing, and quality checks to ensure reliable HR information
- Collaborate effectively with HR colleagues and other stakeholders to share information, align processes, and support projects and initiatives
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement and streamlining HR administrative and system tasks.
Requirements
About you:
- Proficiency in working with HR systems (HR Ticketing tools, HRIS, Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Ability to create and interpret reports to support business needs
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple data tasks
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders
DESIRABLE SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in using HR analytical tools or platforms
- A good understanding of HR processes and data flows
- Experience in data cleansing, audits, or quality checks
- Exposure to automation tools or techniques to streamline reporting processes
