Buying Admin Assistant

As a Buying Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the buying process. You will support the team with order management, supplier communication, data entry, and administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of buying while working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Buying team in all areas of the buying department e.g. Handle invoices, purchase order documentation, and general admin tasks.
  • Assist with placing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of stock.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, lead times, and order updates.
  • Monitor stock levels and work with the team to manage replenishment.
  • Product Data Entry: Maintain accurate product information, including pricing, descriptions, and SKUs.
  • Market Research: Support the buying team by researching trends, competitor pricing, and potential new brands.
  • Work closely with the warehouse, marketing, and retail teams to ensure smooth product launches and stock flow.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools.
  • A passion for K-beauty is a must!
  • Experience in buying and administration, e.g. Internship or placement year, is beneficial
