What You'll Be Doing as a Teaching Assistant:

Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)

A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude

A team player who can follow guidance and also use their own initiative

Availability for full-time work in West Drayton
