You’ll work as part of an immediate close-knit team of five, while collaborating with a broader UK and global sales organisation that includes Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership.
You’ll manage a balanced portfolio of approximately 10 existing customers to renew and expand, alongside around 90 prospective accounts.
Financial services is a key strategic priority for Contentsquare. It’s the newest but fastest growing vertical. - Prospect into and build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across Product, Marketing, Design and Data teams.
- Own renewal activity in close partnership with the Customer Success Manager, ensuring customers continue to realise value from Contentsquare.
- Establish and navigate senior-level relationships, from initial engagement through to executive sponsorship.
- Articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology and connect it to customers’ digital transformation priorities.
- Leverage Contentsquare’s broader sales ecosystem and technology partnerships to create compelling customer solutions.
- Represent Contentsquare as a trusted strategic partner to leading UK financial services organisations.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, including new business and account expansion.
- Experience selling into financial services is a plus, but not required.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- The ability to articulate the business value of complex technology and link it to measurable customer outcomes.
- The ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively.
- Experience with a recognised sales methodology such as MEDDICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
- Motivation to work in a hybrid environment, spending three days per week in our London office.
