Restaurant Manager
Join a thriving chicken chain as a Restaurant Manager, overseeing a busy shift and a team of Crewmembers. You'll ensure our high standards are met, manage cash, and provide excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with varied hours.
Key Details
- Pay: £17+ per hour + bonus scheme
- Hours: Varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Contract: Full-time
- Location: Kingston upon Thames
The Work
- Ensure operations meet the company's standards across all restaurant zones during your shift
- Act as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Direct Crewmembers, provide customer service, and utilise reward and recognition programmes
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility is in good working order
- Complete other duties as assigned
What You Need
- Detail-oriented and organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- GCSEs or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
