Senior Cost Engineer
Join the Work Winning team in London as our new Senior Cost Engineer, specialising in electrical services. You'll play a key role in developing accurate and competitive estimates for MEP projects, from pre-tender to post-tender stages.
Your day-to-day will involve preparing estimates, producing detailed take-offs, pricing labour, materials, and subcontractors, and working closely with bid and cost management teams to develop winning strategies. You'll also mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.

What you'll need:
- Proven electrical estimating/cost engineering experience within MEP or building services
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Experience pricing electrical labour, materials, and subcontractors
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the tender process
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to support, mentor, and share knowledge with junior team members
