Receptionist for Luxury London Office Workspace
You will be the first point of contact for all guests, tenants, and stakeholders, creating an impeccable and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate will come from a luxury hospitality background , preferably 5-star hotels or premium concierge services, and will thrive in an environment where service, discretion, and attention to detail are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist all visitors and tenants with the highest level of professionalism
Manage a pristine front-of-house and communal areas at all times
Provide concierge-style service and anticipate guest needs
Handle calls, emails, deliveries, meeting room bookings and day-to-day admin with ease and accuracy
Liaise seamlessly with facilities and operations teams to ensure a faultless experience for all clients

Exceptionally well-presented and articulate
Experienced in luxury hospitality or high-end front-of-house roles
Naturally warm, intuitive, and calm under pressure
Detail-focused with top-tier admin and coordination skills
