Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a respected professional organisation in their search for a confident and capable HR Adviser . This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be part of a collaborative HR team, helping to shape and deliver people-focused initiatives across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding activity
• Contributing to employee engagement and development programmes
• Advising on day-to-day HR queries and supporting line managers
• Getting involved in projects across wellbeing, inclusion, and culture
• Helping to improve internal HR processes and systems
• Occasionally travelling between offices to support business needs

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a busy, multi-site environment
• CIPD qualified or working towards
• A confident communicator with a collaborative and adaptable approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with HR systems and data
• A proactive mindset and genuine passion for supporting people
