Assistant Property Manager
Our client, a highly successful prestigious property organisation is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to work within their offices in Stratford alongside a growing team of property managers. The team currently manages a portfolio of approximately 3200 properties across London and this number is set to rise significantly during the course of the coming year.
The role requires an experienced assistant to provide support to the existing property management team and the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to communicate articulately over the phone whilst always taking a hands-on and proactive approach to the role.
Responsibilities will include assisting the property management team with any administration, organising utilities, processing post as well as assisting with proactive and reactive maintenance, rent reviews and tenancy progression.
This role offers a package in the region of £25,000 - £28,000 plus bonuses, and working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. There will also be the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
This is a busy and challenging role, and customer service experience is key! You must have excellent organisational skills, have good people skills and be able to work under pressure as no two days will be the same!
