We are currently looking for an Institutional Reporting Executive to join the Client Reporting team at Royal London Asset Management. In this role, you will take ownership of client reporting and administrative tasks that support the needs of our institutional client base. This role involves producing and overseeing scheduled reporting deliverables, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and aligned with client requirements. You will also engage directly with clients to clarify reporting needs and respond to ad-hoc enquiries. A key part of the role includes maintaining client static data across core platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to agreed data structures.

About the role
- Manage scheduled reporting deliverables including valuations, trading statements, performance reports, and commentary.
- Interact with clients to clarify reporting needs and manage ad-hoc enquiries.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and consistent client static data across core platforms.
- Monitor shared inboxes, respond to queries, and format client data from RLAM systems.
- Support audit processes by logging requests, reviewing data, and managing permissions.
- Embrace new tools and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
About you
- Strong understanding of institutional clients; wholesale client knowledge is a plus. Understanding of client reporting is desirable.
- Excellent communication and client service skills, with confidence in managing queries and expectations.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable with technology and open to new tools.
- A strong enthusiasm for working with large datasets and leveraging low-code platforms to produce the required outputs.
- Experienced in managing audit-related requests and investment data collation.
- Familiar with current market conditions and client needs.
- Able to handle both routine and bespoke tasks with professionalism.
- Investment Management Certificate (IMC): completed or underway.
- Open to early-career applicants and professionals with an understanding of asset management seeking a new challenge.
