Open Application: Technical Support Talent Pool
Open Application: Technical Support Talent Pool
At bunny.net , support is central to our work in helping developers build a faster, safer, and more reliable internet.
Our globally distributed technical support team supports complex edge and CDN systems around the clock, delivering fast, thoughtful solutions with deep technical skill and a developer-first mindset.
We’re building a talent pool for support engineers who’ve worked on the front lines of performance, reliability, and security and who care about solving real problems, not just closing tickets.
Why join the talent pool?
We don’t wait for the “perfect timing” to connect with great people. If you’ve spent years debugging CDN issues, optimizing cache logic, or helping dev teams ship faster, we’d love to stay connected.
By joining our talent pool, you’ll be the first to know when new roles open, and you’ll already be on our radar when they do.
What sets bunny.net support apart?
We’re not a ticket queue. Our Technical Support Engineers:
- Own technical problems end-to-end
- Act as partners to customers and product teams
- Work autonomously but never alone, with Principal Engineers who have your back
- Solve challenges that span edge networks, performance tuning, security, and storage
That’s why they’re known as our Super Bunnies™ : calm under pressure, clear in communication, and trusted by thousands of developers who’ve left more than 1,100 five-star reviews on Trustpilot (and counting).
Behind the scenes
At bunny.net , we focus on building powerful edge infrastructure and an environment where engineers can do their best work with more trust and fewer meetings. And we’re a team that values ideas over titles and appreciates the occasional good meme.
We call ourselves a fluffle: a remote-first, high-trust crew that moves fast, stays curious, and supports each other fiercely.

Is this you?
You’ll likely thrive here if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support for CDN, edge infrastructure, performance, or related technologies (e.g., WAF, storage, media delivery, or network security services)
- Familiarity with DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, load balancing, and VOD
- Debugging experience with tools like traceroute , curl , MTR , etc.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and protocols
- Understanding of security best practices in production environments
- Analytical problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and ease with working cross-functionally
- A continuous learning mindset and genuine care for customers
🌟 Bonus points for: Spanish fluency, startup experience, or previous familiarity with bunny.net products.
What’s in it for you?
We’re remote-first, mission-driven, and serious about supporting the people behind the platform.
You’ll work with a high-trust, global team that values autonomy, continuous learning, and doing things the right way. We invest in learning, well-being, and shared success with meaningful benefits and a culture that puts people first.
Not quite sure if you should apply?
You don’t need a pixel-perfect résumé. Just curiosity, care for users, and a drive to build what’s next.
