Administrative Assistant - EMEA
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

You also have communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions including customers, partners and vendors. In this role you will work closely with a team of Administrative professionals and manage the day-to-day operations of the office and help keep teams efficient, happy and productive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to routine questions and requests, connecting employees and guests with the appropriate resources.
Maintain accurate administrative records and trackers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1–2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, customer service or office support role.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides.
Comfortable creating and formatting basic documents and presentations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to follow established processes and ask for guidance when needed.
Generally IT savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools.
Resourceful and dependable, with a proactive approach to supporting the team.
Embrace and contribute to the Snowflake culture and values.
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
