The Work

• Manage high-value domestic property claims from instruction through to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer outcomes and cost-effective resolutions
• Work field-based, meeting customers face-to-face and guiding them through claims
• Play a key role in delivering Aviva’s promise of being “With you today, for a better tomorrow.”

What You Need

• Experience with high-value claims (ideally over £100,000)
• Professional qualifications (Cert CII or CILA required)
• Deep understanding of insurance principles, subrogation, underwriting practices, and ABI report writing
• Knowledge of building practices and regulations for property reinstatements and tendering processes
• Proven record of managing claims from cradle to grave with a focus on customer satisfaction
