PPA Cover Teacher

PPA Cover Teacher Location: NW2 Start Date: ASAP Contract: Supply / Flexible Pay: From £140 per day, depending on experience Apex Educ8 are looking for a confident and adaptable PPA Cover Teacher to support primary schools in the NW2 area. This role would suit a qualified primary teacher looking for flexible supply work who enjoys working across different year groups and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils. You’ll cover classes during teachers’ PPA time, delivering planned lessons and maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities

• Cover classes across different primary year groups during teachers’ PPA time
• Follow existing lesson plans and school guidance
• Adapt activities where appropriate to meet the needs of the class
• Maintain a positive and purposeful classroom environment
• Manage behaviour confidently and consistently
• Support pupils with their learning and engagement
• Work collaboratively with school staff
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Primary teaching experience
• Confidence teaching across different year groups
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Ability to quickly settle into different school environments
