What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for opening new accounts
- Identify companies that fit our Ideal Client Profile
- Create personalized messaging to generate interest
- Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, and social media to schedule meetings
- Becoming an expert on how ScaleOps helps customers
- Meticulously track and improve your outbound activity
- Hitting daily KPIs for dials, meetings completed, and pipeline generated
- Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices
REQUIREMENTS
What You Bring Along:
- 1–2 years of B2B sales and/or lead generation experience, with proven experience selling DevOps solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts
- Experience with Cold Calling, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Orum, Salesforce, and Apollo
- High degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks
- Extremely coachable, open to receiving and implementing feedback
