Nanny

Live-out:
Start: September 2026
Rate: £60000 gross per annum (Candidate dependent on qualification and experience)
Days: Monday – Friday (09:00am – 07:30 pm) would consider a 4 day role (Monday – Thursday for £50000)

Key Requirements:

• An experienced caregiver with a strong background caring for babies and toddlers.
• Passionate about child development and confident supporting developmental milestones.
• Naturally gentle, patient and nurturing, with a child-led approach to childcare.
• Familiar with Montessori principles or similar respectful parenting philosophies.
• Experienced in supporting transitions, including weaning from breastfeeding and helping children who have previously been primarily cared for by their mother.
• Warm, engaging and confident encouraging language development through songs, stories, nursery rhymes and conversation.
• A native French speaker is highly preferred. If not French-speaking, the family would also warmly welcome a native Romanian speaker. Fluency in one of these languages is essential.

This lovely family are seeking a kind, experienced and nurturing Daily Nanny to care for their delightful one-year-old daughter. Living just moments from Hyde Park and with access to a beautiful communal garden, the family place great importance on outdoor play, exploration and allowing Isabelle to discover the world around her at her own pace. Their daughter is a calm, happy and naturally curious little girl who enjoys spending time in parks, museums and gardens, quietly observing people and learning through everyday experiences. The family follow a respectful, child-led parenting approach inspired by Montessori principles and are looking for a nanny who shares these values. They encourage Isabelle to develop independence and confidence wherever appropriate and would love to find someone who will continue to nurture her with warmth, patience and gentle guidance. Both parents have demanding careers outside the home and are looking for a nanny who will become a trusted and valued part of their family. They greatly value open communication, reliability and a collaborative approach, and are keen to build a long-term relationship with someone who genuinely enjoys supporting young children through these important early years.
