Senior Product Designer

We’re partnering with an ambitious product-led company looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of its digital products and customer experiences.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience and visual design, offering the opportunity to influence both the direction of the product and the experience delivered to users.

You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to solve complex problems, uncover user needs and create intuitive, impactful experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

About the Opportunity

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research through to interaction design, prototyping and final delivery.

You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, advocating for users and ensuring that design decisions are grounded in both customer needs and business goals.

Working within a cross-functional team, you’ll help define product vision, improve existing experiences and contribute to the development of scalable design systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end product design across web and mobile experiences
• Translating complex requirements into intuitive user journeys
• Conducting user research, testing and validation activities
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers throughout delivery
• Developing and evolving design systems and component libraries
• Using data and user insights to inform design decisions
• Presenting concepts and design rationale to stakeholders
• Driving accessibility, usability and best-practice design standards
• Mentoring and supporting other designers where appropriate

Key Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design or Digital Product Design
• Proven experience designing and shipping digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Strong UX, interaction and visual design skills
• Experience with design systems and scalable product frameworks
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Confidence facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Understanding of accessibility and user-centred design principles
• Strong prototyping and user-testing experience
• Experience within SaaS, fintech, healthtech or consumer digital products
• Knowledge of product analytics and experimentation
• Experience working in agile environments
• Motion or micro-interaction design experience

You enjoy solving complex challenges, thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working across the full product lifecycle. You can move confidently between research, interaction design, systems thinking and polished visual execution.
