Project Manager (Facades)

Bennett & Game are representing one of the UK's fastest–growing fa ade remediation and building safety Main Contractors who are seeking a Project Manager to join their expanding Southern division.

With almost 30 years of specialist expertise, the business has built an outstanding reputation delivering complex fa ade remediation, cladding replacement, fire safety and external refurbishment projects across the UK. Having already secured approximately three years of confirmed work, turnover has increased from 32m to around 45m this year, with ambitions to exceed 55m next year. Their Southern region has grown rapidly over the past 12 months and continues to expand as they secure major remediation schemes across London and the M25, alongside an increasing portfolio of photovoltaic (PV) installations as part of wider building safety and sustainability programmes.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor at exactly the right time. The business is experiencing sustained growth, with clients regularly approaching them directly thanks to their reputation for delivering technically challenging projects and developing long–term relationships. You'll take the lead on major fa ade remediation and building safety schemes typically valued between 4m and 14m, working within a modern, collaborative business where senior management remain approachable, bureaucracy is kept to a minimum and career progression is driven by continued expansion rather than waiting for opportunities to arise.

Project Manager Salary & Benefits

Salary of 60,000 – 75,000 depending on experience

Project Manager Position Overview

Manage fa ade remediation, cladding replacement and building safety projects across London and the M25 corridor
Take full responsibility for programme delivery, budgets, quality, health & safety and client relationships from pre–construction through to completion
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Lead project planning, reporting, procurement and commercial awareness throughout the project lifecycle
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and residents on occupied residential schemes
Support the continued growth of the Southern division by delivering high–quality projects that strengthen the company's outstanding industry reputation

Project Manager Position Requirements

Previous Project Management experience gained with either a Fa ade / Cladding Contractor or a Main Contractor delivering fa ade remediation, HRB or Building Safety Act projects
Experience delivering construction projects as Principal Contractor with responsibility for programme, quality, commercial awareness and health & safety
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to work on site across London and the M25 corridor
Excellent communication, leadership and client–facing skills with the ability to build long–term relationships
