ECT of Science – Specialist Induction for Core Science Mastery (KS3/4) – Redbridge
An Outstanding rated secondary school in Redbridge is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Science to begin their induction in a supportive and academically rigorous Science department from January 2026.
- ECT of Science required from January 2026.
- Redbridge-based school (Outer London) with an Outstanding Ofsted rating .
- Seeking a highly motivated ECT committed to mastering KS3/4 core and combined Science pedagogy.
You will teach Science across KS3/4, benefiting from a structured induction programme focused on mastery teaching techniques, classroom management, and data-driven intervention. While the initial focus is KS3/4, there is guaranteed KS5 training and experience offered during the second year of your induction.
Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or expected QTS by January 2026.
- Relevant Science degree (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
- Passion for teaching core and combined Science to a diverse student body.
- Commitment to completing the ECT Induction years with specialist subject mentorship.
