£300-350 per day DOE

Hybrid working- two days in London

Sphere are working with a top agency to find them an experienced Project Manager on a freelance/contract basis . This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a brilliant team of 20+ creatives on an exciting retail client account, delivering standout brand and packaging projects .

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll be the key link between the internal creative team and the end client - a major name in the retail space. You'll manage timelines, scope, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless delivery across a range of brand and packaging projects. You'll also support creative leads in shaping process and workflow, keeping projects running smoothly from concept to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and coordinating multiple brand and packaging projects simultaneously
• Acting as the day-to-day point of contact between agency and client
• Supporting creative and design teams with project timelines, resources, and briefs
• Ensuring delivery to the highest standard - on time, on brief, and on budget
• Helping to spot challenges early and solve problems quickly

What We're Looking For

• A strong background in creative project management, ideally in a design agency setting
• Proven experience working on brand and packaging projects
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Confident handling retail/FMCG clients and managing senior stakeholders

The Details

• Contract role (freelance)
• Hybrid or remote working options available (depending on your location)
• Immediate or short notice start preferred
• Competitive day rate, depending on experience
