Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics Teacher lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5.
• Prepare students effectively for GCSE and A-Level Physics examinations, ensuring a thorough understanding of core concepts.
• Foster a stimulating and inquiry-based learning environment that encourages scientific exploration and critical thinking.
• Assess and monitor student progress in Physics, providing clear and constructive feedback to enhance their learning journey.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Physics or Science with a strong Physics background.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Physics at the secondary level, including A-Level teaching experience being desirable.
• A strong and comprehensive knowledge of physical principles and effective teaching methodologies relevant to the subject.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex scientific ideas clearly and engagingly to a diverse range of learners.
