Job Description:
Purpose
The Sales Team Coordinator helps our sales team to sell remarkable homes by carrying out key administrative duties. As a first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and assisting with listing updates, the Sales Team Coordinator ensures we can deliver world-class service to our clients through a responsive, warm and informative approach.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are varied and include both client-facing and internal tasks, such as:
- Answering the phone and handling viewing enquiries
 - Listing status changes to the website and portals
 - Creating and sending mailers
 - Supporting all aspects of administration and marketing
 
Knowledge & skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role
 - Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
 - Adaptable and able to re-prioritise often
 - Strong communication (in person, on the phone and written)
 - An interest in architecture and design
 
Team
The Sales Coordinator reports to the Client Operations Manager and sits within the Client Services Team. As it is a cross-functional role, it also works closely with the Sales Team.
