Key Responsibilities

Analyse media trends and platform behaviours to shape weekly campaign strategies
Build and optimise paid media plans across job boards, search, and social platforms
Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to budget and placements
Drive efficiency and reach through smart, data-informed media buying
Collaborate closely with media teams, campaign managers, and analysts
Contribute to the development of automated processes and in-house planning capabilities

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proactive, organised, and clear communicator
Confident working in structured, fast-moving corporate environmentsNice-to-have:

4+ years' experience with media mix modelling or job board media
Familiarity with KPIs such as CPA and fill rate
Additional language skills (e.g., German, Japanese)
