Family Paralegal - Essex / Kent

Position Overview
You will play a key role in supporting the firm's solicitors in delivering a high quality service to clients facing a wide range of family law matters. There may also be the opportunity to manage your own small caseload and your contribution will be integral to upholding the firm's strong reputation for client care and excellence in family law.
Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors with a diverse range of family law matters, including care proceedings, children matters and domestic abuse cases
- Draft legal documents, statements and court bundles with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Potential opportunity to manage your own caseload, depending on experience and performance
Requirements
- Previous experience in family and child law is essential
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with solicitors and other team members
