EA to C-Suite Executive - Boutique PE Firm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced EA to support at C-suite level in a fast-paced, high-performing private equity environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied position, providing both professional and light personal support to a dynamic C-Suite executive. The EA will play a critical role in managing an ever-changing schedule, coordinating international travel, preparing meeting materials, and handling sensitive communications with utmost discretion.
The EA will be responsible for seamlessly managing both professional and personal tasks, including diary and inbox management, travel planning across multiple time zones, and supporting with key documentation. This position also includes light-touch support for a small group of team members, requiring strong coordination and the ability to prioritise competing demands. The EA will work closely with a wider team of assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide coverage where needed.
We are looking for an EA who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and confident working independently. A strong team ethic, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities are essential. This role is 5 days office based, 8.30am - 5.30/6pm. Benefits include annual discretionary bonus, 25 days annual leave, private health.
